Are you an active person struggling to balance a busy life with no time for lengthy physical therapy sessions, regular appointments or extensive daily PT routines?
Have you been told surgery and drugs are your only hope?
Is pain stopping you from living life the way you desire and interfering with your performance, relationships or concentration?
Owner and Integrative Physical Therapist, Julie Smith MPT, works one-on-one with you, using multimodal therapy techniques, to design a custom pain relief solution that will help you get back to feeling like the best version of YOU.
Julie offers hope to those who have been through the medical mill by helping them become better acquainted with their mind, body and pain. She works not only to treat your existing conditions, but also to empower you in preventing any pain or illness from reoccurring. Ready to begin your journey towards healing?
Integrating body alignment, neurological reconnection, muscle reprogramming and a productive mindset.
First, we’ll discuss the current state of your body, as well as what led you to see us. Once we have a good idea of the challenges you’re facing, we can begin a physical assessment.
Once we’re familiar with your case and have completed a physical assessment, we’ll provide you with a clear, in-depth explanation of what is going on, what the next steps are to treat the issue(s) and what you can do to be part of the solution.
We will start your journey towards healing right away! Treatment begins during your initial visit addressing your body as a whole. Then, we’ll give you some suggested activities and help you integrate them into your daily routine so you can continue to improve your body and health on your own.
Through a series of wellness talks your people will learn tips, tools, and techniques to relieve pain, develop healthy habits, and become healthier over all at work and at home.

No two people experience pain the same way or feel pain with the same intensity.
There are, however, several commonly-used pain terms and phrases that describe – and point to – the types of tissues involved. Learning the structures associated with certain descriptive words can help you accurately express what is affected and will assist you when explaining your issue(s).
